       Each independent farm house will be owned by the investor (the land will be registered in the name of the investor) which will be managed by Milgram Dairy India Limited, a public limited company, which will be incorporated with the shareholding of the investors or the investor himself with the help of Milgram.
An independent farm house will have a minimum of 1 hectare (approximately 2.5 acres) of land, a farm shed, farm equipments, 10 high breed cows or heifers and a vermi compost unit. An investor can opt for big sized farms and extra facilities like gobar gas plant, cottages etc

Presently, the entire land is filled with tea and growing trees. The tea v and a part of land will be utilised for fodder cultivation and floriculture.
All input services like world class veterinary hospital, feeds etc. will be provided by Milgram and milk, tea and other outputs of the unit will be purchased and marketed by Milgram.

Terms and Conditions
1. Once allotted and agreement signed, the prices won't change.
2. The Project area cannot be used for other purposes other than running a dairy farm.
3. Each and every share holder will have the right to use the common facilities available in the
Milgram Dairy Valley.
4. Milgram envisages the Project as a well managed Dairy Farm. The share holder has to abide by
the conditions of management which is favourable for both.
5. The Company reserves the right to accept or decline any application.
6. The Purchaser will have to bear the other expenses including local taxes, service tax, sales tax etc.
7. All payments should be made in favour of Milgram Dairy Valley Project, payable at Kochi.
8. All legal issues are subject to Kochi jurisdiction only.
Payment Schedule
15% of the total contract amount has to be paid initially at the commencement stage of the project. 60% of the amount has to be paid at the time of the registration of the land. Balance 25% should be paid during the completion of the project.
